Why we measure everything

Esguil was founded by people who've spent their careers building and deploying systems where a wrong measurement isn't an inconvenience, it's a direct loss. That background shapes how every engagement runs: nothing goes live on the strength of a demo, every system is checked against real or synthetic cases first, and every claim of improvement has to survive being compared to what a person actually did.

We work with technical teams who have a specific process, workflow, or bottleneck they want automated, not companies looking for an open-ended AI strategy. A small, well-built system beats a large one applied badly, and the value is in the structure and design of the system, not in whichever model happens to be trending this month. That's also why what we build keeps working as the technology underneath it changes.

Esguil builds on-premise by default whenever a project allows it, and works with third-party services when that's genuinely the better fit for the client. Either way, the same bar applies: agree on what success looks like, test against it, and only then call it done.
