Capabilities

What we build

Four capability areas, each translated into the business problem it solves, not the technology underneath.

Decision automation for repetitive business processes

Any process where someone repeatedly makes the same kind of call, routing a request, approving an exception, picking a category, is a candidate. We build a system that makes the easy calls on its own and hands the hard ones to a person. Expect fewer repetitive decisions landing on your team, and a clear record of what the system decided and why.

Document and communication processing

Emails, quotes, forms, and reports that currently get read and typed up by hand. We build systems that read, classify, draft, and route this material, with a person checking anything that isn't clearly right. Expect less manual reading and re-typing, not a fully unattended inbox.

Process optimization for industrial or operational workflows

Where a process already runs on hand-tuned rules or heuristics, we build systems that improve those rules against real production data over time, and keep a full trace of every change so a real improvement can be told apart from a lucky run. Expect a process that keeps getting better after deployment, not a one-time tune-up.

Measurement and validation, as its own capability

Most vendors demo a system and ship it. We treat measurement as a deliverable in its own right: before anything goes live, we check it against your own historical cases, or against synthetic cases built specifically to have a known right answer when real history isn't enough. Expect a system you can trust because it was tested against your actual work, not because the demo looked convincing.

Every engagement starts with the process, not the technology.
