How We Work

How we work

Five steps, and a success bar we agree on with you before the first one starts.

01

We understand your process

Your workflow, your bottlenecks, your data. Not a generic template, and not a decision we make before we've looked at your specific case.

02

We agree on what success looks like

Before any work starts, we agree with you on a specific bar for this process: time saved, error reduction, revenue impact, or acceptance rate against what a person already does. That bar is what the diagnostic and pilot get measured against, and what they get paid against.

03

We design the minimum system that clears that bar

Which parts need AI and which don't. Traceable and explainable at every step, sized to the actual problem.

04

We test it against the past, before it goes live

We run the system against historical or synthetic cases and compare its output to what a person actually did. If the result doesn't clear the bar we agreed on, it doesn't go live, and you don't pay for that phase.

05

We deploy, measure, and keep improving

It starts semi-automatic: a person approves every suggestion. As its track record holds up against the agreed bar, it earns more autonomy. Self-improving where it makes sense, built to keep working as the technology underneath changes.

This is the same mechanism on every engagement: agree on the bar, build to clear it, prove it before you pay.
